more can you say on this day other than thank farmer and say "Jai Kisan"
for producing crop that would feed a billion+ people inspite of natural
calamities (flood/excessive rain/drought) and man made calamities (no
electricity / no seeds/fertilizers on time / middle man / no proper
storage/warehouses ).
Wish, Hope and Pray that this year and
years to come we get good rainfall that is sufficient to meet the needs
of all people, trees/plants and animals and wisdom to people not to
contaminate and stop encroachment of water bodies.
